Family Planning

Family planning services include medical history, Nurse counseling, health maintenance, information on birth control, contraception methods are available, physical exams and pap smears. Appointments available for exams, supplies and counseling on a sliding fee scale.

We like to start working with families during their pregnancies, but we can meet with a family after birth prior to the baby turning 12 weeks old.

Walk-ins or appointments (236-2053) for a tuberculosis (TB) skin test.

School Entry Health Requirements

All students are required to have a valid Kentucky Immunization Certificate on file at school at all times (refer to 902 KAR 2:060 for details on exceptions and exemptions).
